Hooked on Phonics, Cendant Travel, Verbal Advantage, Books on Tape, The Phonics Game, MUZZY are some of the companies we have worked with during the last 10 years.  Every company at some point realizes that marketing is driving inquires but sales teams need training to close the sale or generate maximum dollars. 

Our sales consulting focuses on building and refining selling systems to increase customer acquisitions.  By converting more inquiries with great sales strategies and increasing dollars per sale with Cross-Selling and Up-Selling techniques, we help raise overall ROI, driving higher company profits. 

We have just returned from successive consulting assignments in the UK with BBC's Muzzy Children's Foreign Language Program, Phone Center Europe and with Cendant Travel in Denver and Global Response in Florida.  We analyze, design, build, restructure and manage, customized sales systems and sales training programs for clients, products and sales cycles.
